At Black Bear Spa, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies for our customers. Here's how we handle deposits, trip fees, and labor warranties:
Deposit System:
To order parts necessary for repairs, we require full payment of the part's price as a deposit toward the total bill.
Parts will only be ordered once full payment is received, ensuring prompt service and efficient repairs.
Trip Fees:
Trip fees are applicable per service issue and may vary based on the location and accessibility of the work site.
Labor Warranty:
Our labor warranty covers the parts and services previously rendered by Black Bear Spa.
It does not extend to new issues that may arise after the completion of the initial service.
Clients are responsible for any additional services required for new issues.
Black Bear Spa Policies
At Black Bear Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service and transparency to our valued customers. Please review the following policies regarding our services, pricing, and warranties:
1. Service Pricing:
Our labor costs range from $99 to $149 per hour, depending on the complexity of the task.
Trip fees apply for service calls outside of designated areas:
Kitsap, Pierce, Mason, and Thurston counties: $99 for two trips.
Jefferson, Clallam, Lewis, and South King counties: $189 for two trips.
Work sites with limited access: $210 for two trips.
Additional travel time exceeding 2 hours will incur an extra $189 fee for every 2 hours of travel.
2. Labor Warranties:
We stand behind our workmanship with a 30-day labor warranty, starting from the completion and full payment of the project, as well as sign-off from the customer.
This warranty covers any issues related to the services provided by Black Bear Spa.
3. Manufacturer Warranties:
For major components supplied by manufacturers, we offer a 6-month warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship and may require evaluation by the manufacturer before replacement.
4. Payment Terms:
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
5. Appointment Cancellations:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our customers' needs.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
6. Refunds and Returns:
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
